He needed 23 throws to make his way through the opening frame.
Binghamton’s attack gave Megill a 3-0 lead in the lower half of the inning, and he grabbed two more strikeouts in the second, but was eventually drawn after he had allowed a few singles.

Megill mixed in his entire arsenal when he threw 41 throws, of which 27 were strikes.
The right -handed has been sidelined since mid -June because of a judge elbow amplification.
He compiled another inconsistent campaign prior to the injury, threw to an ERA of 3.95 and 1.36 Whip with 89 strikeouts over 14 Big League Starts.
It will be interesting to see how the Mets Megill use when it is ready to return.

Megill only has seven performances in his career as a Reliever.
