One of the most dazzling sky shows of the year is about to worry, while the annual persevere meteor -gluizing illuminates the night -and you can enjoy the event live online.
The Meteoren -shower is expected to reach Tuesday evening (August 12) until the early morning hours of Wednesday (August 13) on Tuesday evening (August 12). The Virtual Telescope project will organize a free live stream on Tuesday, starting at 5 p.m. EDT (2100 GMT) and offers skywatchers real-time views of dozens of shooting stars every hour.
Dark skies in Central Italy enable the virtual telescopic project to capture a wide field of view of the meteorend shower with the help of its robot -like telescopes. The Livestream event will also be a comment from astrophysicist Gianluca Masi. The stream is available via the WebTV page of the project, YouTube channel and here on Space.com, thanks to the virtual telescope project.
The perseurs are known for producing consistent meteors and incidental fireball-“shooting stars” that blow up brighter than Venus in the air while the earth passes through debris left by Comet Swift-Tuttle. The perseid peak while the earth passes through the closest and dusty area of the path of the comet.
The Meteoren-shower perspective is active every year from mid-July to the end of August. Under clear skies and contamination with little light, this year’s shower can deliver at its peak between 50 and 100 meteors per hour. However, a decreasing gibbous moon will get up before midnight, making some of the weaker meteors possible with its clear light.
Nevertheless, the brightest persists should shine through, especially during the predicted hours when the constellation Perseus – from which the meteors seem to radiate, hence the name of the shower – high in the northeastern sky.

The best time to view the meteorend shower is between 3 and 4 hours of local time. Observers who look personally are encouraged to find a dark spot and give time to their eyes to adapt. The meteorendouche is visible to the naked eye, so no telescopes or binoculars are needed.
Whether you are outside under the stars or the live webcast of the virtual telescopic project, the perseurs remain one of the most remarkable meteor showers of the year.
