Musk says he is planning to sue Apple because he has not delivered an X or grok under the top apps

Billionaire SpaceX, Tesla and X owner Elon Musk says he intends to sue Apple for not with X and the grok artificial intelligence chatbot -app in his best recommended apps in his app store.

Musk posted the reactions to X at the end of Monday and said: “Hey @Apple App Store, why do you refuse X or grok to place in your ‘must have’ section when x the #1 news app is in the world and grock is #5 under all apps do you play? What gives? What gives?

Grok is owned by Musk’s artificial intelligence Startup Xai.

Musk continued to say that “Apple behaves in a way that makes it impossible for an AI company to reach #1 in the App Store, which is an unambiguous violation of antitrust. Xai will take immediate legal steps.”

He did not give any further details.

There was no immediate commentary from Apple, which has had to deal with various accusations of antitrust violations in recent years.

A federal judge recently found that Apple has violated a judicial order in an antitrust case submitted by Fortnite Maker Epic Games.

In April, regulators of the 27-countries European Union have a fine of Apple 500 million euros for violating the competitive rules by preventing App makers from pointing users to cheaper options outside the App Store.

Last year, the EU has a fine of the American Tech giant almost $ 2 billion a fine for the unfair for the preference of its own streaming service for music by forbidding rivals such as Spotify to tell users how they could pay for cheaper subscriptions outside of iPhone apps.

From the start of Tuesday, the Top app in Apple’s App Store was Tiktok, followed by Tinder, Duolingo, YouTube and Bumble. Open AI’s chatgpt was arranged in 7th place.
